Hello doctor, I am basically thyroid patience having regular periods and from past one year hair fall started  male baldness started for me Doctor advised minoxidil fin xl 5% and recapro Hair growth serum and keraglo Eva tab Is this medicine safe and doctor advised prp  or  gfc

I have been using minoxidil for the 2nd time after I stopped using it for a while . Now that I am using it for 1 month again, I see my hairfall has increased which as per my last experience should only last for about 3 weeks. Although I do not see any reduction in my hairfall even after a month of using. I am skeptical if it is even working . And after using it for this long I dont even want to stop it just like that because it takes months for the lost hair to grow once minoxidil has been started. Any suggestions on this is appreciated.

I have already once cured acne taking ointments and tablets like Accutane after consulting doctor but again after few months I am facing the same problem

What is the usual dosage that is recommended for Tretinoid 0.025% cream and Clindamycin mist spray. I heard that they are good for acne. A friend of mine was recommended these by her dermatologist. Can I use them as well? I don't have too much acne but there's enough on my face to have me worried. Could you recommend a routine and some good products to get rid of the acne? Is Elovera face moisturiser by Glenmark good? I have combination skin, and it has recently started to get a little more dry on my cheeks. So I wanted a good moisturiser that is a little budget friendly as well. Are there any other good ones? I also have low to moderate level acne. Thanks :)
