Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I'm a 19 yo male. I've had this spot on my scalp that's always been more visible than the rest, it's been atleast 3-4 years as far as I remember. It becomes more visible when my hair is at a wavy phase. It usually gets covered up when I style it. I think I have pretty good hair and not too much hair loss. I had to part my hair and take a pic next to light to make it more obvious. I don't tend to notice it too much but when I do, I think about it. In the 2nd pic you can kind of see it(again, in the light).What do you think it is?

Been having low b12 and ferritin more than a year, b12 is back to normal now but ferritin is still low it's at 24ng/ml. Can I take supplements on this.

After using, aziderm 15%, retino A 0.025% my skin has become really sensitive and irritated. Is this a point of concern? Should i stop using these products. By the way, i have never experienced dry skin this extreme before, because my skin type is normal to oily. Thanks in advance 😊
