I am having severe dandruff Currently using scalpe pro antidandruff shampoo...it showed results for some time ..now it's stopped working.. what hair oil and shampoo is better?

My baby is now 1 month old and has this birthmark from birth. We have consulted a doctor and was told to wait for 6 months to diagnose it I am worried about baby's health. should I really wait until 6 months? Will it subside in a year or is it permanent?is this a benign one?  I was  told that there are laser treatments .Need advice on that Thanks in advance
