I have small bumps on my forehead (most of them on my forehead, a few on my cheeks). These are not exactly acne but under the skin bumps. Is there any ayurvedic treatment? I have tried face wash and stuff, nothing is working

Hi sir i am 40yrs sikh men, i am havind dandruff problem but i cannot wash hair regularly. I have to wash hair once in a week. I consulted skin dr who suggested not to apply coconut oil. Hair-fall
I'm having a hairfall problem. As you can see in the pictures the hair in the back side is falling and density is reducing. In other places there is no big problem. For this I'm presently using Minoxidil 2% and Biotin 5000 mcg but as density is even reducing in the backside what all can I change in the medications?
