Which cream do I used to minimise chest scar after atrial septal defect surgery of my child which was done 1.5 months ago.

Usually scars takes time...
As the child is small better start treatment at this stage only...
U can use scarend silicon gel twice daily...
Avoid pressure over it...
Wear loose clothes

Hexilak gel if healing and Hexilak ultra if healed but it should not be applied if infected
Ointment based fusidic acid and mupirocin are also essential to prevent infection till it has completely healed
