Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

From a young age, I've been experiencing the early onset of white hair, and over the last few years, I've been dying my hair to conceal it. Until last year, I didn't have a single white beard, but now about 20% of my beard has turned grey, and my hair is about 80% grey. I've consulted a dermatologist and have been following their prescribed medication, including using Greyex solution for the past three months, but the grey beards continue to increase. I wonder if there are lifestyle changes I can make to regain my natural black hair color. Stress is also a factor in my life. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I have been struggling with acne on my face around the nose and chin from past 3 years. Have taken treatment from nearby doc but it becomes better while I m on medication and pops up horribly red and looks very awkward when medicine is finished. Plz advise best cure

Chest paining due to affect of TPHA CT scan ,xray normal but ecg somehow disturbs does it related to heart problem ? One HIV specialist said if symptoms are not going then re inject the injection he said . What shell I do ? Its became 3months after injection continuously panning .
