Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hi doctor, my son got white patches on face since a month, it is still not disappearing can you please suggest any cream/medication that can be taken.

I have a lump on my chin and there is pus formation and it hurts. This has swollen that part of my face too. Could you recommend any medication and what could be the cause..

I stay in Bangalore and facing dandruff issues on both my head and beard. I am from Kolkata, when I visit my hometown then I don't face these issues. Please help

Since jan 2023 my wife  got white patches in the inner side of her mouth. Within weeks she started developing some purple spots on her neck, wrists, inner elbows, behind the knees, on the torso and the breast area. Slowly the white spots became sensitive to spices and hot food. And purple spots started itching. She consulted a dermatologist, and was prescribed tofatas 5 mg twice a day for four months but it hasn't helped. Now i want to know how to treat this because it is worsening. Please help.

As i have oily skin and I'm planning to order all these(screenshot attatched). Please guide me if these can be used or do i have to replace or remove anything in these. Also I'm overweight So, should i start skin care routine now or first I'll have to loose some weight after that i'll have to start. Please guide me regarding the same.
