I have fungal infection on my skin.It is itching only in summer season.It is itching.But then in cold season it seems to be fine.I am taking homeopathic medicine.What food should I avoid.And how to treat it. any suggestions

I am facing hairfall issue for more than a month now. My hair were chemically treated (smoothened) but I chopped them off in Feb this year. It was all good then, however since very recently I seem to have hairfall, say around June end? Any suggestions?
