I am facing tremendous hair fall. My baldness already in stage 3. Now u am using morr f 5% . Bur it makes my scalp itchy and dry my hair.is there any alcohol free alternative of minoxidil finestride tropical solution. Doctor suggests to take finalo tablet. I am worried about side effect . Can I use morr hair serum with minoxidil?

I got pimples and bumbs all over face Its iching and spreading I used soframycin but it also did not work Its on my neck as well.
