Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have black spots on foot it's like bump when i touch it is painful and sometimes when i walk can you please tell what is this .

Since jan 2023 my wife  got white patches in the inner side of her mouth. Within weeks she started developing some purple spots on her neck, wrists, inner elbows, behind the knees, on the torso and the breast area. Slowly the white spots became sensitive to spices and hot food. And purple spots started itching. She consulted a dermatologist, and was prescribed tofatas 5 mg twice a day for four months but it hasn't helped. Now i want to know how to treat this because it is worsening. Please help.

Request to all doctors- please don't recommend  to consult online. Please mention your views only here if you can. I can't afford to consult online. As i have oily skin and I'm planning to order all these(screenshot attatched). Please guide me if these can be used or do i have to replace or remove anything in these. Also I'm overweight So, should i start skin care routine now or first I'll have to loose some weight after that i'll have to start. Please guide me regarding the same.

I am writing to seek your professional advice regarding a persistent allergic reaction that has been affecting me for nearly two years. The symptoms resemble mosquito bites, causing me significant discomfort and concern. Despite various attempts to alleviate the symptoms through over-the-counter antihistamines and topical creams, the allergic reaction continues to persist. The affected areas appear as raised, itchy bumps that closely resemble mosquito bites. They tend to occur randomly on different parts of my body and are not limited to any specific location. One doctor prescribed me levocetrizine for 30 days but no permanent result whenever I stop taking it the symptom reappears. Every 2 to 3 days I need to take one cetrizine tablet.

I have been diagnosed with pcod and have been in diet for last 2 months to lose weight, and already i managed to lose 5 kg weight with orlistat capsule 120mg per day as prescribed by my gynae because i was overweight and was going towards grade 1 obesity. Now i am 70kg and height is 159cm. And i also dont take any medication of pcod because my gynae told me not to take any hormone pills now,( previously i used to take but now as i am having normal periods without any medication she told me to stop those and strictly follow diet). And i have no thyroid or prolactin issues. Besides pcod, i dont have any other health problems. But from last few days i am having tremendous hair loss, when i am shampooing, upto 150 170 hairs are coming out of my scalp. My scalp tends to get greasy fast and in summers i sweat a lot and scalp becomes itchy.I have little curly wavy texture of hair. Please guide me what to do! I am in tremendous tension.
