Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have been facing the problem of hair fall, grey hair and dandruff since I was 25, right now I am 29 so please suggest what can be done to reduce this problem. I am a female and have a full head of hair but still the hair fall is a lot.

Not sure what it is.. can somebody help to whom should I consult and what should be done to treat this.

My mother is suffering from severe itching in her feets.After scratching it gives wounds. She is suffering from same from last 3 years and it happens in summers and rainy season. Kindly advise on above.

As such, I kindly request professional advice and assistance in determining the most suitable course of action for my condition.

Doctor recommended me to use redenser plus serum for my hair growth and occasional hair  loss. But this serum is kind of oily for my hair because i already have oily scalp. Please suggest any serum which contains redensyl but is water based and not oil based!
