Face Puffiness Due to Alcohol ?
Hi, It's been 2 years since I've on my smoking cessation and i was under the heavy influence of alcohol 2 years ago, now an occasional heavy drinker, and the problem is my face puffiness doesn't goes away even when I'm not not consuming alcohol on an daily basis, I've fat on my chest, skinny arms and legs, bloated stomach & puffy face with broad hips Is it due to poor posture or alcohol ? Please help me out Attaching self images 1st one is of February 2022 2nd one is of August 2023

This is not the major problem. You have to do some simple procedures. You ll be fine. But for that, you need to stick to those. So consult to a certified Dermatologist.
