Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have small bumps on scalp and its itchy. I currently use ketoconazole shampoo and kerastese shampoo as I have extreme dry scalp and hair. It breaks a lot even after using serums. Can you please suggest which products can help me

From last 2 months i can see some changes in my both legs big toe side.. near the nail skin it is becoming black kind of spot. Initially I was feeling itching on the area bt now from last week there is some cut has been generated and now it's paining and when I did google so got to know that it can be fungal infection. Attaching a pic for more clarification.

I did everything like scalp shampoo, ketakonazole shampoo , but the flaky dandruff in my scalp can't be cured. What to do next?

Accidentally acne development on baby wrist I have attached pic kindly look into its a insect bite or normal acne by heat kindly do the needful he is 5 month baby boy.

I just touched a piece of cloth and suddenly the first linning on my index finger turned black and the middle part the of the finger swelled up and that black area is paining a lot like there is something inside the skin of my finger. What should I do? Please see teh attached images.

Due to excessive usage of a particular sanitizer my hands had gotten red and wrinkly. After stopping for the past 1 year redness has gone but it's rough and wrinkly. Have been to doctors and all tests done. No amount of moisturizer and other creams prescribed has worked. What else can I do to get back my soft hands? Is lycor type of cream safe to use? Was prescribed but in the area I lived in it wasn't available. So couldn't use much. Please advise
