I am using this gel for my acne and scars past 1month but there is no change in my acne or scars or white heads . There is no improvement. What to do dr is this medicine a waste can u recommend something

Hi Doctors, My mother is 54yrs old, has developed some brown-black lines on both her big toe nails. Its there for 4-5 months now, no change,no pain. She wears shoes most of the time. She was recently diagnosed with low vitamin D. I have read about melanoma on Google, bit scared if it can be melanoma, please suggest correct line of treatment. I have also attached the picture.

I have extreme sebaceous filaments on nose. Rest my skin is super clear. Just my nose is my issue. I have been using retinoids and salicylic acid regularly from the past 1 year regularly. Nothing seems to be working. What do i do. My dermatologist recommended tretinion and salicylic acid doesnt work.

I had lice on my head previously. Still might have nits and I'm ongoing the process of removing them and use the comb after every wash. When i touched my scalp, i can feel small bumps on my head.
