I have developed a mole look alike almost a month back over my right upper abdomen and it forms a scab at the centre but never heals. Is this something to be worried about

Hello Dr., I have suddenly developed strawberry skin. It was not there 3 - 4 months back, but when i went on a vacation, i had done my waxing through a parlor and after 1 or 2 days i had small red bumps over my legs and now they are not going. Please suggest something that can help them to reduce or go away. There is no itching or anything, but these are becoming embarrassing to me as whenever i wear short clothes, they show.
