Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hi Doctors, My mother is 54yrs old, has developed some brown-black lines on both her big toe nails. Its there for 4-5 months now, no change,no pain. She wears shoes most of the time. She was recently diagnosed with low vitamin D. I have read about melanoma on Google, bit scared if it can be melanoma, please suggest correct line of treatment. I have also attached the picture.

The skin of my scortum has become really dry and very itchy from last 2 weeks. The skin is also peeling off like dead cells and whenever i rub a bit it becomes very itchy. Is it any kind of fungal infection or Eczema? How can it be treated?

Applied raw Dettol on full hand..after few minutes got severe irritation..and a small mark on my hand..why?

I have extreme sebaceous filaments on nose. Rest my skin is super clear. Just my nose is my issue. I have been using retinoids and salicylic acid regularly from the past 1 year regularly. I recently visited a dermatologist and was prescribed Sternon S Lotion ( Prescription attached) for Seborrheic dermatitis - For my hair in the Morning & Night. I forgot to ask the doctor WHAT QTY OF IT IS TO be USED WHILE APPLYING ?  and If it should be applied on the hairs or scalp?
