Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

For the last 5-6 months, I have been dealing with bumps on my face, sometimes they are pustules and sometimes just red bumps all over my face, more on my forehead. This has made my skin texture very bumpy and there are a number of dark spots too on my face. I have used salicylic acid, niacinamide, alpha arbutin serums, but they were of no help. I have this recurring issue on my face and this has made my face dull and my natural complexion is lost. This has made me underconfident. Please help 🙏

Good Evening I am 32 years old. I have attached photo. I have black skin due to lot of Fode and Funsi. Ye thik nhi hoti. Ek bar khatam ho k doosri jagah nikal aati h. Same problem is at underarms. Its painful at initial stage and late itching. After that it occur at some other place. Mostly when I eat sweets it occur very quickly M very tensed. Meri marriage hone wali hai. I am taking Finax(1 mg) tablet for last 2 years to reduce hairfall. Is it fine to take this tablet lifelong because I heard few side effects of it or any better option is there for Finax ?
