Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Sir, I have been experiencing hair loss for the past few years, but it has become more noticeable in the past few months. I am now losing a significant amount of hair every day. I also have dandruff, which makes my scalp itchy and uncomfortable. I have attached some images so that you can see the extent of the problem. I have also included some information about my lifestyle. I am a blogger, and I often work late into the night. I typically go to bed at 4 AM and wake up at 11 AM. I am concerned about my hair loss, and I would like to know what I can do to address it. Thank you for your time and consideration.

I observed light colour mark on my face cheek since 1 month. Recently I consulted with an doctor online & came to know that it's "Pityriasis Alba". I'm applying the instructed creams since 3 days. But i think it's increasing slowing. Doctor advised me to apply Tacroz ointment, flutivate cream & moisturiser. But still I'm very worried because i got the mark on my face. Please guide & suggest.

Hi doctor, I have 2 patches on my lips which are dark in colour and they peel off every 2 days. They are recurring and are not going away for over a month now. Is it just patchy lips and can you suggest any OTC cream to heal it quickly? Also what could be the reason for it? Thanks
