Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I had an allergic reaction and I'm prescribed Allegra 180 for it at bedtime. I already take a Panazep 12mg daily at bedtime since last 6 months as I was prescribed. Is it okay to take both the tablets together? Will it cause any harm?

I have Been on minoxidil 5% for the past 3 months and taking finasteride 1mg from past one month. Minoxidil caused a huge shed for me and my hair looked worse. New hair however I think have started coming in? (Attached photo) I feel like due to my sleep cycle and eating habits my pcod has returned. I have a history of it. Can this effect the final results of Finasteride. Will the results get better if I get my sleep schedule and eating back on order now? Is this new growth?

A fungal infection on groin area occured around 1 month . It seems like ring worm but i don't know what it is..

My father who is 64 yo had a mole near shoulder (picture attached) and it increased in size about 8 mm i measured today using a scale... It is itchy too ...is it a normal mole or malignant melanoma.. please help I am worried.. should I go for biopsy...
