Having frequent acne on my cheeks ,chin and near to nose area it gives marks to some time it become itchy big red in colour ita been 4 months but still not any relief

My daughter had hair fall from September 2022. She's 8 year old. She had joined tennis classes after school it was too much hectic schedule for her lack of proper sleep and studies. Had hand foot and mouth disease in June 2022. Had been to dermatologist on December 2022. Had given her few supplements. Her thyroid and iron tests came to normal. She was loosing hair in bunches. Now after 7 months still her hairfall continue with 15 strands when ever I comb. Is this normal
