Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I went to a new doctor to get opinion on my acne scars. He has advised CO2PRP and MNRF two months apart. With TCA, Subcisions in between those sessions. He also advised punch excision for one scar. He also advised me to eat Isotretinoin 20 mg for 10 days before the first CO2 session. I have been at low dose (10mg) alternate isotretinoin many times. But once on high dose(40mg) I started experiencing side effects. I have eczema also so I am scared of Isotretinoin. Also I am scared that i will get acne with 20mg.

Why my tongue have white and yellow coating? I have white coating till one year, yesterday onwards I have yellow too. Can any please tell what's the problem is this? Is this any serious problem? I'm too worried about this. i don't have pain or nothing
