Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

My skin has somehow gotten so dull and dark and small acne on the lower part of my face keeps coming up, leaving dark spots. There's no glow as well even though i drink at least 2 ltr water every day and take mu vitamins. What am i doing wrong?

I'm suffering from chronic Urticaria from past 4 years and the symptoms used to come and go earlier but this time from past 2 weeks it has increased. I take Allegra 120g tablet once a day. (Every 24hrs once) but from 2 days there is severe pain in my hand finger joints and also sharp piercing kind of pain for 5 to 10 seconds every 2 hours around by chest region. Perticular area is upper stomach region. And rashes with itching and burning sensation is subdued to an extent and at night time it becomes more. Please suggest what should I do 🙏
