Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have no dandruff and my haemoglobin level b12 calcium vit d all are on correct level ..no pcod etc .but still I have problem of falling hair from roots ..no hair breakage directly falls from roots ...if i open my hair next day 3 to 4hair follicle  falls from roots the next moment i open hair ..I will not use any heat products also .. What is the reason..I'm at home no stress also..i will braid my hair loose only.

Attached is the picture what we see on his left leg. He had similar one on his right leg but castor oil helped healing and appeared on right hand near shoulder but disappeared. We initially thought left leg wound will also heal eventually so tried castor oil, Homeo and few creams which allopathy suggested. But we see it is increasing in size and infection becoming big and my son started complaining itching. I have applied neem and turmeric twice which showed slight change on the wound. Could anyone help what it is about and what can be done . It's been more than 6 months that it is not showing improvement.

I am getting recurrent boils at different places of body from past 3 months. First near stomach, next near private area, and next thigs. Now on buttock.. I was suffering from Toe nail fungus for about 2 years. The fungus is gone now and then I suffered from ingrown toenail. My nail and finger got infected and it was filled with puss. My entire toe turned black. Last month I got ingrown toenail surgery done. However my finger is still darker than rest of my feet it look awful and there is still pain.
