Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have a history of skin allergy. Redness swelling all over body, itching. But it usually comes and goes like a phase..Last I had was 2-3 years back... But since last month continuously for every day i have been facing allergy. I visited a doctor and took medicines but nothing worked. Did blood test as well. Kindly guide me.. Because it's really difficult to sleep at night.

I have round marks typically brown under my feet It looks like symptoms of hand and mouth Disease how to treat this?

Doctor said it's guttate psoriasis But since the last few days some parts are becoming darker in colour. It's happening only in specific area. Is it serious and do I need to visit the doctor or should I just keep on using my medication. And can it be related to any food ? I have hyperpigmentation on my face since last few years as well.

Since the last few days, the patient's (56 year old female, possibly diabetic) belly button has swollen and yesterday it leaked pus (PFA Pictures) This swelling has happened for the last few years during rainy season, and apparently it was always fixed within 2-3 days on its own without any medication etc. However, the pus leaking from it is a new occurrence. Will antibiotics help in fixing this ? If yes, which ones ?

Following right diet which r fruits and vegetables nut and seeds and avoid dairy nightshade and every processed foods After taking vit d I got some relief in my scalp flaking but nothing is working for my nails which leads to me toward depression. What I do Actually in my journey it started from one nails affected after that my scalp. Now I come off my all 20 nails. And now  finger joint pain are developing its hurt .. And topically I have Applied everything on my nails whatever doctor Recommended Now I'm getting pain in my knees and right hand thumb pain and become flexible like not able to work it's becoming serious day by day I want to take biologic but it's so expensive so how can I afford in India Please give some hope 🙏
