I live in Guwahati Assam. I have skin related issues like redness and itching for last 2 years it's very irritating

I've been using various creams for reducing the wrinkles but nothing seems to work for me Please suggest something

Hi , I had Dengue in October 2023, and after that my hair starting falling out rapidly . In December 2023 , my scalp was very easily visible and half my hair has fallen out . Got to know that it's called Telogen effluvium . But after some googling online , i found out that the hair fallen out from Telogen effluvium has a white bulb on end and I don't notice it in my hairs . So i am concerned if it's really telogen effluvium or just male pattern baldness ( I already had a receeding hairline) . So is it recoverable or not . Thanks

I have PCOD and thyroid. I am taking disne 35 and medicine for thyroid.I am having hair fall since two years. Since one month I am having excessive hair fall. 300-400 hair strands per day. In one month my scalp has become visible. There is no way to hide it. I was using minoxidil 5% and still I am. Is there any chance of growth of the hair which I lost in one month? I am really depressed and it is severely affecting my quality of life.

Hi Sir, Greetings for the day!! My name is Samir Kumar Das and i am woking as an Accounts & Export manager.
