Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Facing problem of popping acne (white fluid) at side face on cheek , chin and neck . Red in colour and after that it get white and blood also came out some time , left scars . When pimple get dried it left white heads . I'm also facing problem of constipation from some time and my weight also decreased as I'm on police training champ. Please suggest some medication for this

From several months I've been observing a considerate amount of hair loss which leads my hair volume so thin. I am worried, how can i control it? Any supplements? I've been using the shampoo 'Sunsilk for Hairfall' apart from it, it's conditioner and sometimes dove hair mask. I am not using any heat treatment at all.
