Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hi, I get soft white outlined lumps under the skin of palms and feet.. attached image fyr. .. It is somewhat painful and itchy.. mostly occurs at night and in any random part of feet and palms. Please do advise me what it is and how it should be treated

I am experiencing itching on my hands and legs from past few days. It starts suddenly and after itching, there can be small red marks can be seen same as after the mosquito bite. Not able to find out why it is happening. It comes and goes but happens daily.

What sunscreen and moisturiser can be used when applying biluma  cream in the day ? Also can we apply biluma twice daily ??

On 11 th Nov ( 3 days ago ) Few oil drops got splashed on my face due to that some my face get burnt . There is not any blister. Please see the attached pic for reference.  I used cold water and coconut oil during beginning. Now I am using aloe vera gel on my face but I can't see any improvement. Please suggest what should I do. So that scar doesn't remain.

My 6 years daughter got her finger stuck in door 3 months ago (Aug'23) and her nail got dark blue/black. It's been 3 months, the colour of nail is still black and there is no pain as such (photo attached). Doctor gave her moxclav antibiotics at that time (as she also had throat infection). Will it black colour go away with time? Please guide 🙏

New rash which appeared today after bathing , had chicken pox in jan , no itching slight pain on touch, 3-4 rashes which appeared , no fever or any other symptom

Rashes and itching on foot past 1 year. Tried homeopathy but nothing worked. It is also coming in between toes.
