Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hi, I have been facing hair fall from past 6 months. My scalp is now scandy and visible. Hair growth is stopped from my crown area mainly. I use home made oil and using sulphate free shampoo like- vilvah, seba med. Nothing is working please suggest

My skin becomes too much tan,dark ,dusty all over body my face looks bright but other parts like stomach, armpit,arm,leg,feet tan is there any oil or cream to remove tan ,dust pic was attached

Hi good evening doctors, I got chlymdia (STI) one year back. After that I get treated with antibiotics and results came negative. On that time onwards I have some black spots on my both legs and same areas on both legs. I don't have any pain or no irritation and nothing, when I clean with soap, that's gone and that black spots came after one week. Actually what's this doctor?
