Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have alot of dark circles.. i take 8-9hrs of sleep drink alot of water and don't have much screen time but still i have very much dark circles

Earlier I had black colouration beneath my toe nail , I went to a doc he said it is fine and in few time entire nail will go off and new one will be formed . Now it seems like in few days nail will be off . What should I do next . In google I found silicon rubber to cover the toe , should I use it or any other suggestion on how to protect and enhance growth of nail
