Is it okay to apply *Oxum* spray on sebaceous cyst & acne also? Will it help to heal faster? Plz help with little guidance.

I have these acnes which are coming and going from last 3 months on my forehead sometimes small sometimes big and red what should be applied over them ?

I have severe psoriasis for last 7 years. Recently doctor prescribed Tofatas 5mg twice a day. I can see excellent results. I took the medicines for 3 months and achieved around 90 percent skin clear. However when I stopped the medicine; patches have started to erupt again. Doctor has asked me to take Tofatas for 2 months again. How safe is Tofatas and how long can I take it without any side effects. Is it lifelong drug?

I am a lactating mother of 1 month old baby, after delivery my skin has become very dry and doctor suggested to use cebhydra moisturizer. But it's not helping me with my skin and it's difficult to apply on skin due to its thick consistency. Is there any alternative moisturizer that I can use which will help with the dryness? I actually have oily skin but after delivery my skin has become very dry. I had a normal delivery.

I had a fungal 2 years ago i consultant with dr I recovered after 3 months treatment but now once again fungal is spreading so Can I take previous fungal medicine like itraconazole 200 mg for 1 month and luliconazole cream and clobetasol cream? Or should I consult dr again?
