Hello, I got hair growth Biotin+ tablets from swisse from a recommendation which is a nutrient tablet for hair growth. I need to use it for 30 days. I would like to know if it's safe to use.
It has zinc, iron, vitamin c etc nutrition as per the information given in the back of the box.
