Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hello sir / ma'am, Myself is 34 yrs male with moderately active lifestyle. From past 2 months I have developed with Hard and Dark skin patch (photo attached) I am unable to scrub it as it is painfull and develops again after scrubbing. Pls advise.

Hello Doctor, I have developed a heat Boil in my groin. After 2- 3 days I removed the pus manually but the boil is still there. Can you please suggest me something for this so that the pus comes out and boil settles down.

Within 2-3 days I have developed these red bumps on my face. They are neither increasing nor decreasing. It appears as a red bumps. I am doubtful it is because of over exfoliation or only exfoliation. I have developed a very painful puss like pimple as well few weeks back it is reduced now but the red mark is still there. I am sharing images as well. Please suggest me what I can do to reduce the red marks and bumps soon. I have to attend a wedding next month so I want to get rid of them ASAP.

I have got my hair chemically straightened at home since then I have extreme pain itching burning in my roots and uneven and pricking sensation in my roots after that I shaved my head then I found out I have small red pimples on my scalp and then I met a local dermat and he said it's scalp folliculities since then I have been continuously getting treatment but I got a slight relief in all my other symptoms except prickly sensation and uneven feeling in my roots it is not getting better with any medicine I got so scared that I searched it up on internet and it said that you have some internal damage in your roots and you have structural change in your hair and it can't be treated and then I talked with my dermat and he checked and examined my hair and said that your hair texture is completely normal there is no change and visibly also it same as earlier  so my major concern is if I do not have any structural problems why does my hair prick from roots is due inflamed root in folliculatis

A mile appeared on my nose when I was in 11th standard. And it was very small and in last two years it grew outward. Is there anything to worry?
