Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Ma'am/ Sir, since 1.5 yrs my toenail painful and discolored. My c section done before 6 months. I am a breastfeeding mother also. In between I took medicine and lotion for this toenail. But no improvement. ( But nail is growing slowly)Any treatment required further or it ll go for own? Need to concern? Sometimes I am having leg pain and feet numbness also.is it related? On tuesday my skin below my shoulder was itchy and found small red patches on the skin.. it was itchy and start spreading... dr gave some medicine for 3 days it starts reducing.. after the medicine got over.. yesterday again got small red patches on the same place.. dr gave me medicines with less less dosage.. but from the night dark red patches spreads both la shoulders and both side chest and both thighs.. this time it was fully red like paint and in the arms also.. very itchy and very discomfort.. dr gave only tablets.. didnt prescribe any ointment or soap.. i couldnt tolerate the itching and little painfull.. today all the doctors are leave here.

I am getting hair loss due to more dandruff.Please suggest me a good chemical free shampoo which is used to reduce the dandruff.

Hi.. i have melasma from last 9 yr.. i had tried so many cosmetic products.. and last i had also taken 2 laser sessions with basic peel and medications also .. but there is no effect on my marks.. so i just wanna ask will there is any treatment for this .. how i get rid of these marks..
