Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have combination skin type and am currently suffering from acne break outs , pigmentation and dark spots... Also this has made my skin tone uneven and I have used many products but my skin is not giving me any results... I just want a minimalist skin care routine with less products that is to be applied on my skin. Currently I am using salicylic acid face wash (minimalist brand) ,dermatouch anti acne and oil balance gel with 2%salicylic acid and 6%niacinamide gel,ponds hydraulic acid based cream and aroma magic sunscreen with 30plus spf At night I am using the same acne control gel followed by moha aloe vera gel. Also I am using glyco 6 once a week followed by ponds hydraulic acid cream.

I have developed freckles on my face in the both side on cheeks areas. I do apply a 50spf sunscreen on a daily basis.pls suggest me something to control these freckles or treat them cause they r increasing day by day

Hi Suddenly I'm facing a sevre peeling around my mouth completely flaky Skin coming out with tht some fluid is found which is creating small boils around my face. Also experiencing delayed periods of 10 - 15 days .I have got it treated but still it's reoccurring whenever I have less sleep or do night shift. Kindly suggest what good alternative

For the past one week my skin become itchy and red patches are seen.. two days before it was severe and spreads all over my arms, shoulder, thighs , hands and chest. It is bit painful itchy and burning..frm yesterday my doc prescribed ebast-20mg nucort m8, ranutin 150mhg and ritch lotion.. from the morning redness have been reduced.. but now im getting again new red patch near my arms.. ut was itchy and burning.. is anything serious?

I have dark skin and I have had a Melasma problem around the upper lip area in my childhood but it worsened and I did get a treatment but it keeps appearing. Is there any permanent solution to this? When It darkens it looks like a moustache. Let me know the possible solutions to permanently resolve this problem.

Have hard callous near my toes and (top half) under feet.its painful and find it very difficult to do toe exercises. Doctor gave corn caps but nothing helped .
