Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I am facing a problem with my both palm having rashes and skin rupture it's increasing day by day and it's paining

I have a circular big black itchy patch with borders like a ringworm on skin of my bum from last one month. Applying candida cream but to no help. Please suggest

I have noticed red patches in any part of my body...first time I noticed 7 years back...not all over the body but in patches like sometimes it is of 6 cm diameter or sometimes 10 cm diameter...it is on or off type...not associated with scratching or others...And I don't feel anything when patches formed my friends noticed and say again you have patch then it fades away after sometimes...I have performed complete blood count test but there is no elevation in any parameter...normal hemoglobin normal RBC normal WBC...is red patches are normal or not please give your suggestions doctor...I have no known allergy of anything...patches do not cause any irritation or itching only redness is there.

My question is, my face color is  dark from my  body color, although I have good skin but still my face color is dark and I do black marks in neck Is there anything to fix this it might be a tan so what are the steps to recover this and get good skin for always

I had been taking presnidolone steroid for my DAH lung syndrome . Post that it has been 3 months and my facial muscles have loosened. I had developed moon face which has lessened but made my face sag. How to tighten my facial muscles without any surgery!

I was suffering from puss boils which I had for several times. Now they are gone but have left several dark marks around my private part on the inner thigh. Is it possible to remove them without surgical intervention?

For the last 3 to 4 days , seeing white discharge in navel. No pain but feels slight itching in and around navel sometimes. Yesterday the discharge was in mild red colour not sure what could be the reason and whom to consult. Dermatologist or general physician.

I'm using Ciclopirox cream but found no improvement . I'm crying treating it. I'm suffering very badly

Cream is not working. I have ringworm from years and years and when treated it's get better. But again ringworm came up and till now it's not recovered. My cream is not helping reducing ringworm.
