Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I am having acne problem firstly it was around the chin now its all over the face even on forehead with this m having excessive hairfall also. What are the solutions for these problems.

I have been suffering from folliculitis since 4 years.I have oily scalp and skin Recently got to know [Emollient lotion or dermol 500 lotion ] reduces bacterial infection which infuse to promote folliculitis on the scalp 1)Is it good to use Emollient lotion for folliculitis in scalp? Pls give your advise sir/madam

Toe nail has thickened and growing upwards, white crumbly, and I'm not sure if it's thickened, skin or nail within so I m careful not to cut directly, microscopy of nail clippings 1year ago showed fungus with hyphae. I have used fungal meds and  continue lacquer 2 plus years, but it has gotten worse, is there any treatment for nail other that topical or pills Please see pic , the inside part is softer, is this nail or skin, is this common and will it ever be back to normal Thanks for your time!
