I am suffering from Genital warts for a year. It keep on spreading. Need effective and immediate solution.

I just recovered from a fever which lasted over 5 days and am noticing that the pores on my cheeks on both sides of my nose are visibly enlarged. I have tried to wash my face once a day with a gentle facewash, but have been unable to wash my hair and it has become very oily and greasy in the meantime. Hello Doctor!I have started to use minoxidil 2% without doctor's prescription from the last month.After using that I have faced dandruff problem and hair fall though using minoxidil.I know it's normal.But now I want to stop it.I have acne problem and also have acne spots.That's why a doctor suggested me to use a medicated shampoo but I forgot to tell her about using minoxidil.So my question is can I stop to use minoxidil now (used one month only)? I become impatient to use it as it takes to much time to work.Please directly answer to this question.
