Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Can someone confirm if this is the beginning of baldness or is it normal as I have curly hair? I feel like the density is less at that spot

Hello doctor. I have been staying in Kolkata since 7+ years but the last few months, I am having a lot of hair loss (more than required) I am actually worried about what the issue is. I am not under any medication or do not have any allergies. I do not even have thyroid. Can you suggest me what might be the reason?

There is itchy red spots or bumps on all over my legs, feet and hand . These spots appear same as formed after the mosquito bite.

Sir/mam I overstretched my mouth to eat a enough large size burger but not too much large to take the bite and after that I felt burning sensation at the corners of mouth so my question is on doing so the overstretched skin of corners of mouth will retain its initial state or that stretching will be permanent??
