I had simple Fibroadenoma lump in my breast 1 year ago. It was removed by surgery. Sometimes i noticed again lump in breast by self examination and it was painful too. But now i dont feel any lump. Does it come and go ? What is the cause of lump? Is it harmful ? And what is difference between simple and complex Fibroadenoma lump ?

Already visited many docs,they prescribed medicines but they are unable to tell happening because of irregular menses???

My friend is shy to talk about such things but he came to me to talk about this thing. As he researched that the genital ball skin are sensitive n he wants to clean as he precipitate lot n due to which he feel there might be chance of fungal growth. So asked whether there are some soap that can be used instead of normal soap for cleaning. As normal soap causes irritation. Please help in this matter.

My age 31. And my baby is 2.5 year old.my right breast is large then left side.. sometimes pain in right side..
