Recently i took Diane 35 for pcod. I also have skin issues so is it safe to consume isotretinoin immediately after diane 35!?

Every month I experience very painful periods and heavy bleeding. It is so painful that I miss my classes one-two days a month and I cannot do anything during that time. Also, my clitoris is very insensitive to physical stimulation. I take thyroxine 75 mg daily in the morning. I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism at age 9 or 10( I had Cholesterol 330mg/dl at that age). My thyroid functions normally now (I have consulted endocrinologist) and I am not obese. I was also treated for osteomyelitis in my right arm when I was 4 months old. This is my medical history and I would like to know whether the period pain and the insensitive clitoris is normal or are they an indication of something else.

I went to a barbar shop where I regularly go. There is a general practice after having hair cut they will shape back side of neck with razor. He usually changes the blade, but this time I did not pay attention. I had a small pimple and he ran razor on it by mistake. Nothing serious on bleeding, just minute blood like when pimple breaks it comes. Random thought has struck me - is it possible to get HIV like this? Little worried...please help.

I have under gone bilateral vericocele micro surgery 5 days ago. can i check my vericocele gone away or not by ultra sound scanning now.
