Hi, do urine Pregnancy test first, if negative nothing to worry. If positive meet gynaecologist. If negative wait for another 7 days and repeat urine Pregnancy test.

How are your cycles usually
If they have been regular then wait
If not then go for a usg abdomen

Well I need detailed history of your menstrual cycles and also any history of intercourse without protection...otherwise it might be dye ti hormonal fluctuations, pcos, thyroid, etc...please consult a doctor in person...thank you
