Hi, Varicocoele by itself does not need treatment unless it is proven to be the cause of low sperm count and male infertility. It usually never causes severe pain, so please do not consider surgery for varicocoele for pain relief alone. You can get a sperm count by a proper semen analysis done (after 3-4 days of abstinence) from masturbation at a good lab which specializes in infertility work. If the quality of sperm is poor, you may need to get a more detailed evaluation...Consult nearest surgeon they will do the needful.

Hello,
Many Varicocele sufferers do experience discomfort or mild pain on one side or both. Varicoceles do cause low sperm count, leading to infertility.
Lifestyle changes, yoga, Ayurvedic herbs, homeopathic sarcodes to correct the veins and other remedies are found to be quite effective compared to invasive surgical techniques.

Hello....A varicocele is an enlargement of the veins within the scrotum. Infertility is a common complication of a varicocele. Most varicoceles develop over time. Fortunately, many varicoceles don't need treatment. If a varicocele causes symptoms like pain and severe enlargement, it often can be repaired surgically.
