Varicocele-grade 1
Pain in left testicles since 3-4days.heaviness and sore feeling in tht affected area.aggravated on siting and on pressure.the pain is on & off and is dull aching in nature.no swelling no redness no fever
Have dine usg scrotum and a left varicocele is detected grade 1

Hi
I tend not to treat grade 1 varicocele unless pain is bothersome or testis size is small or if sperm count is affected. However the size needs to be confirmed by clinical examination also. Please see an urologist. For now you could just take pain killers.
