Grade 3 bilateral varicocele
Respected Doctors,
I was married 3yrs back and trying for baby. It is getting delayed so i tested my semen and it shows my sperm count is 15million, motility 20%, but i remember in 2019 i had 40 million.
They i took the latest report to urology doctor. He suggested scrotal doppler test. The result says grade 3 bilateral varicocele. I attached my report here. But i did not get any pain so far, my erection is good, intercourse time also normal. The urology doctor suggested me to take laser minor treatment to solve this. But im afraid of surgery. Please advise me the best way to solve this. Im totally fed up after knowing this result. Can i cure this without surgery by any ways. Kindly help me.
