Having Varicocle problem from past 2 years back had an accident. Now too much pain in both sides of scrotum. Pain is going from scrotum to thighs and to knees and back of it. Done panchkarma, Ayurvedic medicine, homeopathy medicine. Not done recent sonography This time it is pretty serious
