Varicocele grade 3
Hi,
I have been diagnosed with varicocele grade 3 and undergone semen analysis and it is moderate oligoasthezoospermia . Should I undergo varicocele surgery ? If yes which method of surgery is good. Will it improve my sperm count and motility . Please suggest. Your advise is valuable. Thanks
