Hi I have recently gone through a scan where the Doctor identified Variocele and he is saying it is grade 3 . However I do not feel any pain or swelling but my fertility is affected.I am taking COQ 10 which increases the sperm count but sperm quality is not increasing.
Please suggest to me what I should do whether I should go with microsurgery or any medication that can help me.

Your case needs to be treated in a holistic approach for complete recovery.
Just taking COQ ...will not help.
Vericocele can affect sperm quality and quantity. It can also affect the libido and sexual life.
It needs to be treated asap otherwise it may get complicated.
It can be well treated with homeopathic medicine effectively and without any side effects.
You need an expert Sexologist who is a good Homeopathic physician.
