Suffering from Grade 3 Varicocele
From the past 5-6 years, my left testicle shows a bit weird in shape and size. It looks huge but the fact is its not the testis which is big but the veins which have grown, come down in the scrotum and got attached on the upper side of the left testis. I dont feel any pain but I am unaware of what and why this happened to me. I have gone through an ultrasound of Abdomen, Pelvis & Scrotum. All seems to be normal but the left testicle is a bit smaller in size 36 x 14mm & the right one is 43 x 16mm. Impressions are: 1. Grade 3 Left Varicocele 2. Grade 1 Right Varicocele 3. Small right Epididymal cyst 4. Mild decreased size of the left testicle 5. Normal study of right testicle. I hope there is nothing to be worried of & everything will be fine with normal medication. Eagerly waiting for a positive response in this regard. Please help me out & let me know about what needs to be done. I can send my reports to any doctor via whatsapp & also pay the consultation fees to those willing to help.

Grade 3 vericocele needs to be done and surgically and grade 1 can be done by medicine... As grade 1and 2 can be treated by Ayurveda medicine,  but for 3rd grade u need to get surgery done... U do one more test, which is semen analysis test,  which is linked with this problem... To know the condition better...
