From the past 5-6 years, my left testicle shows a bit weird in shape and size. It looks huge but the fact is its not the testis which is big in size but the veins which have grown or come down in the scrotum and got attached on the upper side of the left testis. I dont feel any pain but I am unaware of what and why this happened to me. I have gone through an ultrasound of Abdomen, Pelvis and Scrotum. All seems to be normal but the left testicle is a bit smaller in size(36 x 14mm) whereas the right one is 43 x 16mm. Impressions are: 1. Grade 3 Left Varicocele 2. Grade 1 Right Varicocele 3. Small right Epididymal cyst 4. Mild decreased size of the left testicle 5. Normal study of right testicle.
I hope there is nothing to be worried of and everything will be fine with normal medication.
Eagerly waiting for a positive response in this regard. Please help me out and let me know about what needs to be done and also if there is something to which I need to be worried of.
Thank you.
