Hello, I am facing pain in left testicle from last week..pain is not sharp..but sometimes..and if I walk after first 10 min pain feel in left lower abdomen.. Today I did sonography and it is diagnosed left side varicocele with Grade 3 and maximum vain dimension is 2.3 mm. Do I will require surgery or some medicine can cure the pain. Generally I don't feel pain but if I walk or seat in uncomfortable position. Please suggest.

Did you complete your family ? If you have completed your family and pain is not really annoying, then medical treatment will help. If your semen analysis is not up to the mark, and you are desirous of children, then Micro surgical Varicocele ligation is the gold standard..
