Left testicle pain that comes and goes
Hello, I'm having pain in the left testis that comes and goes from the last 2 months. Along with this I sometimes get pain in lower back , lower left side of abdomen and it radiates to legs as well. I've already done usg scrotum , it says grade 1 varicocele. My urologist said grade 1 varicocele doesn't cause  pain , so he asked me to get done urine and semen culture and both the reports are normal. He suspected it could be prostatitis so he prescribed me levoflox 750 for 2 weeks. I completed the course but still I get the left testis pain. Can someone pls guide me what is the exact cause for this pain because it has taken a toll on my mental health from past 2 months? Is this pain normal , will it subside ?

1. Posture & Activity Modifications: Avoid prolonged sitting or standing, which may worsen nerve-related pain. If you have a desk job, use an ergonomic chair and take frequent breaks. Avoid heavy lifting or intense exercise until the cause is identified. 2. Supportive Care: Wear supportive underwear (briefs or a jockstrap) to reduce discomfort. Apply cold packs (wrapped in a cloth) to the scrotum for 10-15 minutes to reduce inflammation. Avoid excessive heat exposure (e.g., hot baths, saunas), as they can worsen varicocele symptoms. 3. Pain Management: Try over-the-counter pain relievers like Ibuprofen (400 mg) if needed. Stretching and light exercises for the lower back and pelvis may relieve nerve-related pain
