Is white discharge increases when eating sysrone tablet or it indicates premenstrual periods bec i feel abdomen pain .

I am having right pelvic pain since many days. Gynaecologist consultation is going on. In recent USG my right ovary was not clear in ultrasound. It was mentioned suboptimal visualisation of right ovary. My previous scans didn't show anything like this. As my pain is persistent and on right side itself, so I am scared that it may be something serious. What exactly does this statement mean? Should I repeat the scan or any further investigation is to be done?

I have blue balls problem or Epididymal hypertension. This causes much pain of testies. Please suggest me a solution.
